Friendly staff and very clean.

Thought it was closer to downtown.

The staff is so friendly and helpful! Awesome that the pool and hot tub are open till 11pm. Really enjoyed this. Great restaurant right across the street.

Nice hotel, good facilities, lack of reasonable breakfast and service is a disaster!

The service is abominable. Staff is non-available and do not respond to simple requests.

I liked the location. Restaurants, theater, shops, are all within walking distance. Very safe area. The hotel is nice and comfy. No frills.

Card reader/key programmer not working so we had to be escorted to room by desk manager. Not great for over $300 a night. At Midnight staff tried to open door against the safety lock. A little unnerving. Told we would be compensated for it--nothing.

Nothing. The hotel was evacuated the 1st night. I had to stand out in the rain and cold for 2 hours. There was not any offerings for help back in after the fire department found out the problem was an ongoing maintenance issue with the alarm system.

Everything! The food was too expensive for a choice of cheaply prepared hamburgers, the wine was expensive cheap choices. I felt very unsafe. Very few staff people.

Beds were extremely hard. Asked for a foam topper. None available.

Location. Close to shops, good food, bars. Friendly staff at check in and check out. Convenient parking

Room was smaller than expected. No bathroom vent.

The price we booked at ahead of time was more than the what was advertised the day we checked in. The heat,air vibrated the couch and bed every time it. Ame on and the vent faced the wall. You heard the elevator every time it went up and down.

It was very clean, beds were very comfortable. It had plenty of lights. The elevators were quick. Shower was very clean.

They put a sign for you to hang on your door if you wanted extra supplies; we put it out and we never got any service. Had to go down to get toilet paper. Man at f desk was not friendly at all. Heat never worked right. Air coming in patio door cold

Rude staff ! Desk rep & Manager accused me of not paying for a second night when I saw it clearly on my reservation and my credit card . The desk clerk said she said she couldn¿t do anything, it was up to her manager . No research done before calling

Spotless hotel with a great restaurant. Staff, including the manager, were superb. Location was great, with restaurants and shops within walking distance. We couldn't have chosen a better location.

Everything was very clean and nice.

They need more staff. We couldn¿t eat at the restaurant because they only had one server.

I wish it was more affordable and check in was earlier and check out was later- also the Internet didn’t work very well

The location is spectacular. The surrounding area had lots to offer. Restaurants, shops, locale to freeways

I was very disappointed in the cleaning staff. I get we want to conserve water but if there are dirty towels remove them. Sheets still should have changed regularly, especially if visibly dirty.

Great hotel! Clean, great rooms, pool and hot tub. Ate in the restaurant Roux and it was great too!

The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the curbside staff could have been honest about the parking situation.

I was pleasantly surprised at the location of this hotel. Not knowing the area I chose a Hilton hotel because I knew the quality of the hotel would be great. This location had great restaurants, shopping and even a movie theatre just outside the door!
