Spark by Hilton Asheville Blue Ridge Parkway

Yeah, I was originally checked into room 222. When I was using the bathroom I felt something on my leg. Looked down at my leg and saw several black bugs on me, then they started jumping off me. Whole bathroom was infested with fleas. Was very disappointed

The cleanness and food and location. It was real quiet.

Food was great, customer service excellent, beds were comfortable .

The cleanliness of my room. The sheets had hair in them, the tub and and sink had hair and the floor hadn?t been cleaned

Insects found in room. Chair was worn out and unsuitable for a 2 * hotel. Bathroom sink started flooding.

Had a semi emergency which was Our fault but the Manager refused to work with us.

It was clean and the staff was pleasant and helpful

Hotel is right off the interstate. Very easy to find. Lots of free parking.

A little disappointed that they ran out of pastries for breakfast on day #3. On day #4 still no pastries and they ran out of milk. However, someone did purchase a gallon of milk.

I had an emergency and had to check out an hour after I had checked in. I wanted especially to thank the young lady at the desk for her understanding and for returning my money -- with a smile. She is a valuable employee and represented Comfort Inn well.

I was not there long enough to make any judgment, but finding it at the junction of two major roads, while it might be a convenient location for some, between the traffic and the exhaust fumes, the location was far from appealing.

Noise outside in Parking lot. Several sketchy characters hanging out in parking lot. I did not feel safe there.

The location of the hotel is right off the interstate which was wonderful. Ample free parking....and....the breakfast was spot on, the coffee was pretty good and the eating area was nice and clean. The attendant was very pleasant.

The tv was nice. Was disappointed there was not one inspirational channel available.

Staff was very friendly & helpful & breakfast was very adequate. Location was good.

TV had lots of stations but no guide or menu to determine what was on & at what time. Hall had musty smell when I first arrived but either I got use to it or it went away.

It was very dirty! Very beat up looking, and not kept up well.

Front desk and staff were great to communicate with. If you needed help they were there to help and do what they could to accommodate you. Breakfast was delicious , lil Ed the biscuits and sausage. Many other items also. Will highly recommend to others
