Loved the pool and hottub. Room has a very nice kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the Mountain View though it was partially obstructed by a building. Laundry was free! Great access and parking. Hotel staff was very helpful. Amazing food options nearby. Close to downtown. Even stayed an extra night to enjoy it more!

Beds were a little too close, especially the one closest to the window, you couldn’t get along side it. Lights were all daylight and way too bright on the living side. Could use a rolling desk that could be used to eat at, but rolled under cabinets when you’re not using it. Didn’t like the hard floor to carpet floor transition. Bathroom was not very private with respect to the room layout.

The bed was very comfortable & the room spacious. The silverware, dinnerware and cooking utensils were adequate. The service staff whom I encountered were always pleasant and helpful.

I (74 yrs old) was injured (a hard fall) as I stepped out of the elevator on my floor - the plank flooring directly outside the elevator door had apparently just been mopped and was very wet, and as a result I went flying. No 'caution wet floor' or sign of any kind was evident to alert someone to the hazard. I did report it to the front desk and later, when the floor was already dry, a 'wet floor' sign appeared. Other than an after the fact sign put in place, there was no follow up or concern expressed by management.
