    Pros +

    • The bellmen/valet were exceptionally great. Not only did they hustle to bring the car, they gave us water bottles when we left on adventures and asked to take any trash as we returned. They gave us tips about the area and were extremely dog friendly.
    • Its location in Asheville's Biltmore Village with its great restaurant's (several) and retail shopping. Also the hotel's restaurant/bar is an excellent amenity to the hotel.
    • Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Red Stag restaurant is always amazing. Bedrooms are very nice with an awesome bathroom that has doors that open up to the room so you can sip on some champagne and watch TV.

    Cons -

    • Very small rooms that seem sub-standard for a luxury hotel at luxury prices. Furthermore, the annex building that is across a busy street from the main hotel building and its food/drink services comes off as a second tier place to for a room.
    • $150 fee for a cat would make me choose another hotel if traveling with our cat again. A security deposit of that would be acceptable but for that price I could book my cat it's own private room. Valet should be included in resort charge when booking.
    • The only setback was their were dogs on our floor and they would BARK at 6:00 am 3:00 am it was ANNOYING.

Room was not completely clean but staff took care of immediately. Love how they give champagne and bottled water at check-in¿¿

Restaurant was beautiful and food amazing. Took awhile for dinner order And breakfast order. Decor is gorgeous

The shower and bathtub were outstanding. The restaurant was very accommodating.

The room was in a different building which I was not prepared for. Lots of stairs.

Phenomenal room and staff. Great food.

Had to go across the street in the rain to get to our room

    10JeffreyPosted on: 7-31-2021

Spectacular property from location, cleanliness, attention to detail and welcoming staff. The only place I'd stay in Asheville.

This was an amazing hotel experience! We will be back for sure!

The only negative experience we had was with a server from the resturant trying to get to go food. Rolled her eyes when we asked for a sandwich to be split into 2 to go boxes and huffed and puffed.....Food was great though..

    Clean room/excellent bar/great location

Check in process was delayed; room not available until 5 ? Reason

We have stayed here before the location is awesome and the rooms and beds meet expectations

For 4.5 star , carpet was frayed . I contacted hotel staff about neighbors being loud, arguing and cursing and was told it would be addressed. The activity did not cease and negatively impacted the entire experience .

Staff was awesome Friendly and helpful They were all jumping to please top 5 service plus Hotels out of 2,000 or more I have stayed in

Beautifully decorated hotel with amazing beds & large soaking tubs. The valet manager was wonderful. Umbrellas in the lobby. Full service valet will put your things in your room. The on site restaurant is very good. Across from Biltmore entrance.

One of the valets lost the keys shortly after we arrived so we were stuck at the hotel. I had to get Marriott customer service involved. Still had to partially pay for our stay while waiting for keys.Worst treatment by hotel management we ever had.

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-26-2019

The elevator door was malfunctioning and would close on us everytime we tried to get inside. The noise level was loud due to some construction work being done outside.

    1ScottPosted on: 3-18-2019

    Not much.

Decent room, but nothing to write home about. I have stayed in 3 star hotels that were much more spacious, comfortable and pleasant. The Bohemian is small, tight, dark and just a cluster of little rooms with no significant lobby or gathering space.

    Decor

Just about everything. We were put in a room across a very very busy street. All we heard all night was traffic and trains. Restaurant was in the main building and extremely overpriced for the quality of food. I regret spending roughly $-- here.

Classically beautiful decor. Excellent caring service. Comfortable quiet room

    10AnnPosted on: 9-10-2018

    Convenience, accommodations, friendly knowledgeable staff.

    Having to pay for parking.

    10CynthiaPosted on: 8-23-2018

    Room and bar/restaurant

Location of room was inconvenient as it was across the street from the main hotel.

    10JosephPosted on: 8-20-2018

The location. The hotel was near every site that we wanted to visit such as the Biltmore Estate house. The breakfast was the best that we have ever had in any hotel in over 50 years of traveling for business and pleasure.

The valet parking which I think the hotel has no option as they are located in a densely and congested part of the city.
