SpringHill Suites Asheville

Our room was not ready at the 3pm checkin time and we had to come back later to check in. There was no prior notification that they were doing construction. The reverse warning beeping of 5am construction dumpster pick-ups was not pleasant.

The beds were much smaller than queen-size (not indicated on website), and awkwardly positioned. The carpet, couch, and bedding were dirty upon arrival. An effort to clean was made after we complained, but significant stains on the floor remained.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was clean and large and the price was great. We were very pleased!

The location made it easy to get to a variety of destinations in the Greater Asheville region.

They didn't honor their promo code waiving pet fee, which I specifically inputted in the comments section of my reservation. No one reached out to me to let me know this wouldn't be possible. This promo was a main factor in why I selected this hotel.

Very load music until 3 am. Rude staff refused to help.

The hotel is very clean in all areas, the walls and hallways included which is rare these days. The outdoor space is beautiful, it's nice to walk to the restaurant next door too. The breakfast and eating area is great. Staff very kind.

The bed is worse than laying on the floor. Extremely rigid, felt as though I was being pushed out of the bed it hurt my whole body..which I expect of a cheap motel, but not a Springhill. I was also really put off by the $100 non refundable pet fee.

The staff, especially front desk clerk, Rob was very helpful and informative about Asheville and surrounding area.

Size of the room and friendly staff.

The elevator was broken. We were on the second floor so it wasn't a big issue. The staff was apologetic.

It was clean, had an updated, contemporary lobby, the room was nice, spacious and seemed clean. We always love breakfast too!

A bit more vegan friendly breakfast options would be nice.
