It was quiet and cozy.
The 2nd morning 830am there a housekeeper tried walking in unannounced. Then 2 days later around 7pm a random guess walked in my room. I complained and it was documented in the computer by  the front desk.then 2 days later 830am the maintenance guy w

The halls smell like animal urine. Poor customer service. Carpets are stained. They charge way too much for the condition of the rooms
Probably that the lights were just lamps you had to twist on but it wasn't so bad.
Walked n2 my room unannounced. I go to front desk to complain. All of a sudden the maintenance guy is behind me talking about how I'm in the wrong for complaining on they're behavior. Then the front desk lady says she'll refund 2 of those incidents

It had a room and a bed.

The shampoo was in a rip able package. The bed was okay but not the best. The shower was hot but the water was an experiment to get right and it didnÂ¿t just flow from the head but out the spout at the same time.
