Pros +
- The comfortable room. Bed was fabulous.
- The room was large and well equipped.
- Convenient location. This was an overnight stop on a long drive. The restaurant was walking distance from the hotel.
Cons -
- Having to pay for parking in such a small city was unexpected. My room was a corner room and because of the door to the adjoining room I could hear the door of the adjoining room every time it opened and closed.
- I reserved 2 connecting rooms by phone, which were available when I reserved them. When we arrived, they had no connecting rooms. I had reserved in advance through The Residence Inn,, then timely cancelled the room I reserved through Booking after being told I could not get connecting rooms through a 3rd party. When we checked in, the Booking reservation cancellation had not been cancelled and they charged me a no-show. It took a month to get the charge reversed through Booking.
