- Delayed items at breakfast
- Some staff were not very friendly, except for a gentleman who asked about our stay while we were in the elevator. When I went to hand in my keys, the staff woman (she was on the phone in her defense), didn’t even look up or smile or take the keys when I stood there trying to hand them to her. Any eye contact at all would have been appropriate and left me with a good impression. We were facing each other so there is no way she didn’t realize I was there. *I wouldn’t normally write a review like this but we are at a different hotel tonight and every staff member we have interacted with has been exceptional. It really does make a difference when the staff is attentive and friendly.
