- The room was clean and the help was very friendly and accommodating.

- The TV didn't work. The microwave went out after one cup of tea. The ice machine didn't work. The breakfast was limited. The hotel was experiencing difficulty getting help. It is in a small Montana town and many places like this are having difficulty.
- The "super start" Continental breakfast was a joke. It was the worst excuse of a free Continental breakfast we have ever experienced. It was simply 2 cold cereals to choose from but no milk left.And one waffle maker.No fruit, no hard boiled eggs,no toast.
