- We had large bags, so getting up the stairs with them was a chore. With no elevator, would’ve been nice to have the option of a first-floor room. But, we could’ve asked and didn’t, so that’s on us too.

The room was smaller then I remember, also I washed the bathroom floor with a wash cloth it had not even been swept. also the peanut butter in breakfast area was old and separated and I think bad it did not taste good
The sheets were very nice .
On checking in the staff had her kids in the lobby, lounging on the furniture so you didn't have a place to sit . She repeatedly asked her daughter to be quiet which only resulted in her being louder, she was face timing with someone.VERY unprofessional.

Only place to eat nearby was sports bar next door. Closed at 9:00 on a Saturday night. Dirty lobby area. Staff had their children sleeping on the couch when we checked out. Doors open to dirty Utility room next to breakfast area extremely offensive odors

The hotel was close to the softball field where the tournament was being held.
We found either dog or cat food on the floor - so the hotel could improve the cleaning process. Also the toilet was low - it felt like a kiddie toilet.
