- Hot water right away.
- I like that it is close to family.
- Overall very clean, great location, convenient.
Cons -
- Staff at front desk obviously ill and stuffy and continually wiping her nose then handling my drivers license also web site showed breakfast but never said it was for a fee.
- Hotel was extremely overpriced.
- The bed was hard as a rock. Both my husband & I woke several times due to back pain. I had to sleep in the chair for a good portion of the night because my back hurt so bad. I've never had an issue like this at a Hilton before.
