No room service. I had to go to the front desk for my necessities

The maid staff was EXCELLENT.

The fact that they charge $50/night for a dog is OUTRAGEOUS. Also, who waits until 7 am to start serving breakfast?? Those that have to be to work at 7 just miss out. My husband and I were NOT impressed AT ALL. We've stayed in better for a lot less.

Old bathroom took pics of mold very dirty. Located 1st floor on closed pool that had 2 ft weeds all around it. Price gouging paid over ---$ for that disgusting place u should be ashamed

It was a nice place.

My wife booked me the room with her card, then I used my bank card for incidentals. Both bank accounts were charged. We will see how good they are with correcting this problem.

Very convenient that it had a restaurant and room service at the location. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Comfortable bed and lots of plug ins for device charging. Great shower head.

The cleanliness of the room and the friendly staff were my favorite parts. There was a lovely bar area in the lobby with a fireplace that we really enjoyed.

I really didn't like that we had to pay $10.95 for the breakfast buffet every day. Most hotels I stay at have a complimentary breakfast and I feel like, with how nice this hotel was, a complimentary breakfast should have been included with our stay.

Close to the airport, easy check in.

The door closest to my room opened to let you in, but then did not open to let you out, so you had to search for another door. The heater was loud and the temperature would not change above 63, so it was cold.

the first room i was given was not made up and garbage everywhere. it was a little more outdated than i thought it should be

Staff was very nice

Checked in at 11pm and due to lack of rooms was upgraded to king suite. Appreciated, but there were 3 of us and needed 2 beds. Sofa bed had bad urine smell and shades would not open or close. Told staff night that night and next morning and nothing done.

The lobby and the restaurant were up to the expectations of a 3-4 star hotel. It was beautiful and spacious, the staircase was impressive.

We stayed 3 nights and the maids never checked or cleaned our rooms the first or second nights. I requested clean towels from the front desk, they did NOT have towels to give me! It wasn't until the 3rd night stay that our room was cleaned

The hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff at front desk was pleasant and offered to move us to a different room without me asking when I told her the temperature was 58 degrees when we walked in.

Our room was at 58 degrees when we entered. Brrrrrrr. It was hard to get the temp just right thru the night. It was either too cold or too hot and the air unit was a little loud The room also smelled like someone had smoked a few cigarettes in there.

The lobby is updated

The first room had pee on the seat. The second room had yet to be cleaned at all. The third room had someone else's dirty sock under the desk. The outdoor pool was closed in July on a 90 degree day. The hotel is old and in need of updating.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and well cared for!

Noisy children running in the hall until after 10pm.

Hotel was very nice, looked like it had recently received a renovation. Beds were very comfortable, the staff was super friendly and my room was quiet. I would definitely stay at this property again.
