Rodeway Inn Helena

bed was pretty good

lots of bugs, bugs on counters bugs in sink black mold in bathroom

Only room available in Helena

Mole in shower- really bad, so bad we didn't shower. 1 roll of toliet paper, which was 70 % gone. Very dirty room. Parking lots was really gross too- trash everywhere Stay away from this Hotel

Location

No breakfast and priced as high as ones that did

It was easy enough to get to, friendly staff, very clean bathroom and room! Needs hallway/stairs recarpeting but my room was perfect!

Resonable rates

Some of the carpet on stairs was worn, to the point that it could cause a trip hazard. A lot of trash sitting by trash cans at times in the hallway, faucet on sink hard to turn on and not alot of water pressure in the shower.

The place is in various stages of renovation. The room that I was in the faucet for the shower was dislodged from the wall, and it didn¿t look very clean.

Sam is above

It was a good location between glacier national Park and Yellowstone to get a hot shower in between camping....the shower was nice and hot

Online site said they had breakfast...owner insisted that breakfast was never offered...online and outdoor sign advertised pool which was closed. Out dated rooms but fairly clean. Partying seemed to be going on in parking lot after dark

When I arrived no one was at desk. Had to ring bell several times over 10 min. Room is run down & dirty, remote control dirty & room stunk etc. Very disgusting place!

Nothing at all

Made my reservation in my daughter's name they would not let her check in after I called the hotel and confirmed that she was allowed to check in it when she got there late around 9pm had been driving all day she was tired and instead the manager refused

Its location

No breakfast Very old bathroom Small bed for a queen size

Nothing at all! Worst ever.

It was the worst place I wanted to b on a holiday visit.. The staff was not nice when checking in. The Beds were so hard that I couldn't sleep at all it was noisy outside all around. The pool was down and no continental breakfast.Wort place to stay Period

Location and staff were nice

The rooms are outdated. It¿s snells like smoke in there but they tell you they will fine you $345 if you smoke! The sheets were dirty! They had skid marks on them and period stains. So I told the lady and she switched rooms and that one was worse!!

Very clean, quiet, and great location.

Coffee maker was broke, front desk was not staffed when we called about the coffee maker or when we checked out.

Location was great.

Housekeeping didn¿t come unless you requested it. Didn¿t know this when we checked in.

One of the night workers did seem genuinely concerned & sorry about the room. They did get us a rollaway, but it was definitely not near as comfortable as the bed.

I paid for 3 adults & got a small room with only one bed & along the main road separated from all other rooms. Advertised breakfast & pool not available due to Covid even though motel across street sign read "Awesome free breakfast". No compensation given

It was easy to get to - good location. Room was clean and staff was very professional.

No breakfast and the coffee maker in our room didn't work.

No Breakfast not even coffee in office (could make cup in room but no to go cups). Parking spaces an issue. Truck and trailer parked sideways over 4 spaces. RCA TV with no remote and poor reception, desk said basically that is what it is

States it has a pool and breakfast. They had neither.

The mattress and box spring stained and internet very intermittent

Pool was not open and was advertised as open. My room was callled by front desk attendant and I was told if I was smoking pot to stop it as someone complained they could smell it on the 3rd floor. I told her I worked in law enforcement and she hung up.
