Great location, decent breakfast, friendly staff

Bed was terribly uncomfortable (old), outside shower pretty dirty

The hot tub was out of service . There was no cream or sugar for the coffee in the room. I went to the breakfast buffet twice and both times there wasn’t much food

We stay at these chains of hotels all the time which is why we selected it

Yes we only selected this hotel because of our history and experience and upon arrival were told the hotel tub did not work. That was the one and only reason for the stay. We would have selected another option of hotel. The treadmill was broken

Noise from hwy

Breakfast was good, bed and shower were nice

The room had not been vacuumed - quite a few crumbs. Hot tub did not have water in it and staff were pretty brisk with me. Also quite a bit of road noise

Quick trip to Helena. Always prefer Hampton Inn.

A bit noisy from highway traffic. Should have brought white noise to eliminate.

In 2006 our nine year old granddaughter was on life support for 8 days. The management allowed twenty family members to rotate for showers, sleeping, and breakfast. There were no other rooms available. Bless The Hampton.

I don?t like to complain about this?s at all, but first time I was checked in I don?t think they changed my bed sheets and the toilet look very dirty, during while I stayed there the house mat came clean the room but not vacuumed at all.

Beds were great. The breakfast was amazing.

At first the guy at the desk was not helpful or knowledgeable. Then after a bit he was ok.

The rooms were very nice and clean.

Front desk girl not friendly. Couldn?t get the TV to work. She didn?t know how to make it work. We had a nice room with no TV. Planned our trip for a nice hotel with a pool. Pool was out of service. Very disappointing.

The staff were great and the beds were comfortable

Pool was dated and tile work on the side of the pool needs to be cleaned the scum and grime needs to be cleaned up

Very friendly staff. They didn't have a business center but printed my documents for me at the front desk.

No business center. Bed could be better.

Clean Friendly staff

Sound proofing was not built into the building.

Hotel was very clean. My room was clean. Everything actually looked as though it had been wiped down and linens changed. Breakfast choices were good.

The lady at the front desk when I checked in was NOT very pleasant. She obviously hated her job. The other staff were friendly and helpful.

View was ok

Fridge started at 50 then only dropped to 45degress- staff didn¿t care. Elevator inside buttons didn¿t always respond- staff didn¿t care,, and only one elevator to get to 3rd floor. Shower has sliding doors and wouldn¿t stay shut, no shower exhaust fan.

Rooms were nice, checkin was a hassle, they didn't like that I used an app.

That I told my credit card was rejected and they needed another card. Wouldn't let my folks check in with their card. Charged my other card th hen cancelled that charge. Put a titally different charge on the checkout bill then what was charged to my card.

Quiet location. Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. The night clerk was helpful & friendly. We appreciated the on-site laundry facility.

Nothing negative

staff was great.

The room was the issue. had a strong sewer smell when I first checked into room in the bathroom. Figured might been not used in awhile. Next morning when I opened bathroom it was super strong again. Also no water pressure in shower.

The hotel was located near every attraction, we wanted to see in Helena.The staff of Tiffany and Garrett saved my bacon. I left my wallet at their establishment. They called and the trip was saved. Great hotel and better people.
