Hardin Lodge Little Bighorn Battlefield I-90

Charged after check out for "smoking", I do not smoke. He was rude and spoke over me without letting me explain myself, I had to scream at him to tell him that I do not smoke.

Room was dirty, hair on bedsheets, dead bugs. Breakfast was terrible. Whole place needs a remodel badly

It was close to the interstate.

It?s older. It needs some updating. Had to run faucet a long time to get hit water.

The hotel wasn?t cleanly. They advertised breakfast which was heating up a breakfast sandwich on our own (which we passed on). We checked in at midnight and left early in the morning. Even for the few hours we were there, the $--- was not worth it.

Friendly staff. Clean. Convenient location, but did hear traffic noise from the interstate, but we were on the north side of hotel. South side would have been quieter.

Advertised breakfast included but was not.

Location was good, beds were made nice and felt clean

Building in rough shape, several wasps in the room as we entered(they provided fly swatters, ha), smoke detector beeped in maintenance closet just outside our room, room was not ready at 5pm when we arrived, had to wait 20 min. NO breakfast as advertised

Room needs updating. Lock didn¿t work, fixtures need updating and the overall general look of place was dirty. It would be hard for cleaning service to do their job in such a run down condition. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Unkept condition

The guy at the front desk was very friendly and efficient.

Smoke detector going off in the room, needed a battery,the bed mattress was on a metal spring frame that squeeked,the rug by the door was a tripping hazard due to it being rolled on the edge, filthy bathtub and bathroom floor, pool was closed (leak),gross

Pool was broken. No breakfast. The room was dirty

Bed and bathroom were both dirty. Room had flies and bugs. Was advertised as breakfast but there was not one.

The beds were okay.

They advertised breakfast and a pool. They had no breakfast ever and the pool was closed for a week.

The office guy was very friendly. He suggested a great eating place.

The bathtub was dirty or stained. I decided not to shower The curtains were hanging down from the top. Had to use my hair clip to hold it together.

This hotel surpassed my expectations. It is very spartan but very clean. Hard surface floors, no carpet. No frills but clean, comfortable bed and the best TV and best channels of any place, even high end ones. Pulled up right to room door. Very friendly.

The staff, price, location and they accept pets.

It only had one working lock

The only thing I liked about this hotel was leaving.

Dirtiest motel I have ever been in. Had no hot water until we complained, then had warm water for 2 minutes before they turned it off again. One bed had been slept in. Toiletries were used. Dirty rag behind bathroom door. Filthy carpet. Toothpaste in sink

How dirty it was on the outside (cigarette butts) drunks panhandling for money

The room i was in i loved the teepee pole portrait. The staff was great. When help was needed or things we needed for the room they stayed on it. My family and I traveled from Oklahoma. Good hospitality!

When we first arrived their was not a tv in the room but when we called they came later and brought it. Their was not blow dryer in our room. Glad my son brought one. Laundry room needs work. Had to go down the road to do my laundry.

Due to my son having vehicle troubles and he got lost, he was not able to make to the hotel. I gave high rating because  Desk Agent was very gracious and helpful with my son¿s vehicle repairs and getting back on the road. Thank You 

With a caring staff what is there not to like.

Walls are filthy, snots and body fluids everywhere. Staff is super rude and refused us towels after the second day even though we paid four nights. Also refused us Toilet paper, soap. Refused us maid service also. Had staff walk in on us in our underwear.

The staff was amazing

The entrance to the room was not inside the hotel as the pictures indicated. There was also no breakfast provided even though the pictures showed a large breakfast area.
