Location, we had an issue with tvs and they came and solve the problem fast, the staff very accommodating

Cons -

It was very outdated and many things didn?t really work, or were very poorly made/crafted. Staff wasn?t very attentive.

Room smelled like cigarettes,sealing with patches and falling apart. Needs an update cause everything was old and falling apart

Water pressure in shower. Tv in room. No hairdryer.

Bathroom door did not close right and was loud. Lots of stairs. Bad coffee that you had to go to lobby (stairs) to get, no maker in room. No one around at check out. Stained rugs.
