    Pros +

    • The location is close to the park
    • Couldn?t get a better view from the deck. Was easy to find and spacious. If you plan to stay a while you can choose a room with a kitchen and save yourself some money. Added bonus is they restaurant. Delicious food.
    • The location on Gardiner so close to the entrance to Yellowdtone NP is great. We appreciated the lower pricing for the off-season. Having a kitchenette made it especially affordable. It was clean and comfortable.

    Cons -

    • The live music just next to it is very disturbing at night. The owners aren?t responsive. There?s no parking close to the place.
    • The hot water heater was a bit on the luke warm side for my husband (but perfect for me).
    • Loud below us (music and talking) a little hard to sleep; we were in the outlaw room. Stairs to room steep if that bothers you.

Stayed in queen suite large tv in bedroom, extra heater if needed. Bathroom was fully stocked with amenities, plenty of towels. Kitchen was stocked if needed but only used coffee and cups. Entire suite was exceptionally clean. Would stay again 10/10

Amazing room and kitchen. Decorated so sweet, really western. Huge tv. Restaurant very good too.

Loud below us (music and talking) a little hard to sleep; we were in the outlaw room. Stairs to room steep if that bothers you.

Cowboy vibes in room and restaurant!

Door to Outlaw Room was wide open when we arrived and locking mechanism questionable? We put a bench in front of it at night.

This is a wonderful and charming hotel with a restaurant, and great staff, and on the doorstep of the East entrance to Yellowstone. This is our go-to spot for are multiple trips we take into the park every year.

The code on the door to the room can be temperamental but well worth it!!

We've stayed in Gardiner many times and finally discovered the Cowboys. This will be our hotel of choice from nowe on. Having our own full kitchen made it so convenient. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Location very close to Yellowstone park. Staff was very friendly and the room had a kitchen

    Electric kettle would be nice

    Not a thing! Poor business.

Reservation 06-24-22,roads completely washed out due to flooding in Gardiner (Natural Disaster) a week prior to our stay.Staff wouldn¿t refund even though we couldn¿t get there, only offered credit for future stay. My attorney is addressing this issue!

The cabin/lodge feel of every room

Was unable to turn off the kitchen lights. Also, the kitchen lights were very dim to begin with so it was very dark in that room. The toilet lever was faulty and the staff knew it, why not replace it?? No paper towels in the kitchen.

Very noisy in room when people out on deck of restaurant. Overall the location is perfect! Room is rustic and clean.

Good location and can walk everywhere in town.

Room was smelly. Loud AC. Old rustic with dust. Bedding did  not feel clean especially cover blanket. Table was dirty. Paid m  than $-- a night for a very basic room. Coffee and everything else are extra charge.

    7JeffreyPosted on: 8-21-2021

It was close to Yellowstone. It was clean and very nice.

I could hear the noise from the restaurant underneath the room. Hot water is shared with the restaurant, no hot water in the evening. We could smell the exhaust from the restaurant come through the bath exhaust vent, sometimes burning.

The location, right outside of Yellowstone was great. Everyone we met who worked there were super nice. We had reserved a studio for the night. When we checked in, they said it was being renovated, so they gave us a 3 bedroom townhouse for the same price.
