- The staff at the front desk were helpful and professional!
- The staff at this hotel, though understaffed, went above and beyond in service and friendliness. It was almost like staying with family. We stayed nine days and if I am ever back in that part of Montana I will definitely stay again.
- Nothing our reservation was cancelled by the time we tried to check in. We liked NOTHING about this hotel.
Cons -
- You advertise a complete kitchen, but there are no utensils, so silverware, no plates, glasses or cups. Defeats the purpose, doesn’t it? Also there was an ice maker in frig that didn’t work. And there’s no ice machine in the building.
