No in-room coffee maker, no in-room iron/ironing board. I asked at check-out and I understood that these services were being discontinued.

Clean, professional, comfortable and safe.

No safety bars in the shower in the bathroom were there is a spa

It had a bed.

Breakfast was either a cup of yogurt or an apple with cod coffee. The amenity was two mini bars of soap and an ice machine.

Easy to get in and out of. Staff was very friendly and helpful and even found my medical alert device that I had left behind in my room after I checked out.

Unfortunately no elevator as I'm handicapped and thought they had one.....that was my fault, should have leased a downstairs room when I first got it. The bathroom sink drained very slowly and needs repair. It did drain, but just took a very long time.

Cleanliness and I paid for a free breakfast and they didn?t have any.

Although the room had outdated furniture, lamps, and t.v., it was very clean and the bed slept well

Tub had dirt film ,so i recleaned it ,the toilet, the sink, the refridgerator had old juice stains so i had to clean it as well. The microwave was pluggedd in to a extension cord which repeatedly kept shutting off and the cable was froze on most channels.

Did not get the room I paid for. Mildew in bathroom. Bathroom door did not close and open all the way. Shower Bar was hanging Outlets in room did not work. No coffee pot in Room. No Continental Breakfast.

That I was only there one night.

It was extremely filthy. The mirror was extremely dirty, the dresser had a film on it, there was hair in the bathtub, and a dirty flossing stick on the night stand.

The staff was very nice.

The upstairs hall floor felt like there was a trough in the middle under the carpet. The "nonsmoking" room still smelled like cigarettes. The fridge in the room was defrosting because the way it had been set into its cabinet. No microwavable cups in room.

NO coffee pots in room. NO coffee available other than at breakfast. No option of hot tea or other hot drink at any time. They could at least have a coffee pot available upon request. Breakfast was grab and go food. Management cheating out.

Dirty bathroom, floor hadn't been vacuumed, mildew on shower curtain. Breakfast consisted of banana, apple, yogurt and breakfast bar.

The day of check out I got a call from the ¿cleaning lady ¿ asking about the blood on the bed. I told her I unexpectedly started my cycle and she responded loudly ¿ that much blood from a period ?¿ And said with attitude ¿You need to get yourself checked¿

Close to Starkville

No HOT water at all for both days of my stay! Was only told waiting on maintenance.

Most PATHETIC EXPERIENCE EVER .....

The Hose keeping staff was rude. She had been disturbing us during business meetings on video conference call. 9.30 am disturbance Front desk agreed late check out at 12 but hotel employee rudely made us check out at 11. NEVER RECOMMENDED !!
