Hampton Inn & Suites West Point

Door to room would not lock completely. Seal around bottom of shower dirty and several spots on ceiling of shower - maybe mildew or mold.

Not a darn thing i had to pay in advance with no option to modify my Reservation as my daughter could not make it and i could not let my nephew who could make it use this paid for room.

Location and nice breakfast

Weak water pressure and old linens.

Room smell like urine when you enter. Toilet seat had urine on it and toilet bowl had mold. Neighbors were very noisy.

It had no refrigerator or microwave in the room ¿ that¿s the only thing we didn¿t like o and they raised the price of the rooms because of a game nearby that¿s not good business we had to pay almost triple for our room and wasn¿t even going or aware

Reservation needed to changed. I called and hotel employee at Hampton Inn. Said I did not make any changes. Horrible terrible experience.

My first bad experience but a bad experience non the less.

Cleanliness

They charged us 4 times for our room. No employee greeted us or said Good bye. When we asked for a call back from the GM, we never got one.

To me what I paid for four nights wasn't worth the the money the walls are stained and our room didn't get cleaned one time out of four nights we also had to take out our own trash as well...... For the money that I spent not happy at all.....

The breakfast and friendliness of the staff.

There was no microwave or fridge in the room.

For one thing I like that there no pets allow not that I dont like pets .I just like they don''t have them there cause I dont like fleas .And The front desk staff , house keeper, the lady the prepare breakfast they all was very friendly .

Yes I feeling like even if I was in a handicap room my friend and I fault that there should be hangers that high and low cause that person my not be in a wheel chair and if the hanger are low that person maybe tall it may cause problem on that perso

Very clean Bed was coming

Breakfast wasn't very good Charged $6 more per night than what was quoted

clean modern room, quiet, comfortable bed. clean bathroom. staff very friendly and attentive. close to all attractions, yet not in congested area. will come back!
