No bed linen for the pullout sofa. Person at the desk could not find housekeeper to get linen, no pillows for pullout. No blankets

Checked into dirty room with towels in shower, got another room and overall hotel was ver dirty; very dirty

Staff members were very helpful and courteous

I asked to be moved the first night. I didnt like being at the end of the hallway on the 1st near the door. I was never moved.

Staff

Bathroom in need of serious repair. Wall & ceiling pealing. Grab bar on tub parts broken & secondary drain on tub part was lying on tub ledge. Towels were threadbare. No trash can liners.

Most of the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is easy to grab and go or stay and eat.

During my 4 week stay my sheets were only changed once. I had to leave a note on the door to get the room cleaned - even after requesting it from the front desk. They have a peloton but don¿t have it set up at all so you can¿t even actually use it.

Room was decent and well equipped

Breakfast is horrible. Coffee was cold every morning while staff stood around playing on their cell phones.

The room was extra big and the locate was great. Could have been cleaner but wasnt dirty.

The cooktop did not work properly. I did not receive the skillet for the cooktop until i asked the second time. Once i received thr skillet it did not cook my sausage sooooo it was a fail for me.

Desk and housekeeping staff were very accommodating. desk manager was very friendly,helpful info on restaurants, shopping and directions. We wshe definitely made us feel very welcome. Free breakfast.

Parking. Lot was small, not enough parking spaces near main entrance.

Front desk staff rude from the beginning when trying to check in. There was one cart for entire hotel to use for luggage. Toilet did not flush so called downstairs and was told to come get a plunger or use lobby bathroom. Couldn¿t switch rooms

We were on the first floor. Our specific room had no curtains, only a mere see through shade. There was a street light shining into our room the entire night, giving us less than ideal rest. This should not be! That should¿ve been repaired before we came.

It said full kitchen, but they just meant a heavy hot plate that we had to carry up to the room with a skillet. No pot for cooking on stovetop. Wine opener was broken & they said they had no others. No garbage can in kitchen. Some dishes were dirty

The breakfast bar was nice.

The staff was very rude, starting on arrival. They tried to give us 2 king rooms. I told them my reservations are for 2 queen rooms. I showed email, they didn't care. The bathroom was dirty and had hair in the tub. Every encounter with staff was rudeness.

It was in a convenient location.

There was trash in the garbage cans in the room when we arrived. The room needs to be refurbished to seal seams with caulk and fix broken wood around the baseboards. There were ladybugs in the room which made us wonder what other bugs were in there.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was great!

In all, great stay. Hopefully when they are fully staffed, that needed repairs and touch up painting can be tended to.

No portico entry or overhang, it was raining during my entry! 9/10

The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice.

The room had some wallpaper peeling and a few cosmetic issues. The walls are thin enough to hear the neighbor's alarm go off at 5 A.M. and ring continuously for 10 minutes.
