the HVAC AIRCONDITION would turn off when you weren't up moving around. Everything would be great till you tried to sleep and the air would turn off and the heat would wake you up! Staff said that was the way it was to save money!!!

My sheets on my bed were torn. It was clearly visible so you can tell housekeeping was just too lazy to change them. This is a 5 star hotel, I would expect something like this from a motel.
Very safe. Circulating security patrol through parking lots! Room was quiet even on New Years Eve. Clean.
Mattresses were horribly soft. Could not sleep. Sleep on firm mattress at home. Not a fan of the glass sliding door to the bathroom.
pretty lobby and good location for me
rooms are very very basic but comfortable. my roomwas not super clean when I checked in (donut sprinkles and pieces on the floor and tiny sugary handprints on the windows. cute but not clean)

Power outage for 12 hours. Couldn’t leave room. Thin walls. Breakfast was deli meats, eggs, yogurt, and coffee.
The hotel was nice and clean.
The buffet breakfast options were few but could do made for order.
