- The quiet and the friendly guest and the customer service desk clerks.
- Very beautiful property. The bar offered top tier service and the breakfast was amazing. I went during Christmas the decorations were absolutely stunning

- No complaints, except for $20 charge, called ammendities fee.totally ridiculous
- My sheets on my bed were torn. It was clearly visible so you can tell housekeeping was just too lazy to change them. This is a 5 star hotel, I would expect something like this from a motel.
