Nice welcome by front desk lady and room was nice and comfortable bed and good breakfast

in the morning we found certain stain in bath tub and we could not take bath . After reporting front desk lady told us that you should reported this yesterday , we could have switched room but we didn’t notice until morning as we came late around 10 pm.

After being charged for three night the hotel did not honor booking

It was a temporary place to stay while in town visiting

No staff on duty after a certain time of the evening. Called 2 Front desk NO ANSWER&they had a sign on counter saying,stepped away will be back momentarily for 2days in a row.Found large amount of hair in towels&they were also nasty and stained not clean

Had to request towels on our second day there, no one checked room even though we had no sign out.

The friendly Front desk staff. Hotel employee was nice always spoke and provide excellent customer service.

Filthy and disgusting! I had dog hair/human hair all over my sheets and carpet. All I liked was the breakfast& the location. Was very upset about how unsatisfying it was because I paid almost $250 for one night for a king bed

Hard beds, smoke detector went off, no shade to cover windows, bad toilet paper, small breakfast selection

Bed sheets were stained with blood. Staff was indifferent about the situation. I have been in hotel management for over 25 years and would have offered at the least a discount.

The property is CLEAN! The atmosphere was perfect, and the staffs was excellent!! Nidasha was so helpful, she really is great at her job. Always smiling and helpful. Juan is an excellent staff member also, always pleasant. No matter how many times we passed him in the hallway, he greeted us and held conversation. The breakfast staff exceeded all our expectations with the menu that was prepared. The selections were plentiful, hot and fresh. Also, they maintained a high level of cleanliness and order while accommodating a large group of people. The staff here is the Blueprint to hospitality. Of i could give them 100 stars, I definitely would. They knoe the way to treat a guest!!! I absolutely love this place!
