The air conditioning worked fine, the mini fridge got really cold, water was fine and the ladies were nice.

The room had a dusty type smell to me. I have smell odors that my hubby does not. As stated by another customer, the curtains were mismatched and dusty. The floor was extremely dirty and had not been swept or lacked a thorough sweep & mop.

The sheets was not clean @ all when my family and I checked in.I took photos to show to the front desk agent.When my husband and I approached the front desk she offer to give us clean linen bt no refund.I drove 10hrs for a vacation an the hotel was unhapp

Very dirty; no lamps; large burn in comforter; flat sheets on mattress; spots on walls easily removed with plain water; key card deactivated twice; thin-thin pillows; no WIFI; thick dirt on baseboards; door bottom separating; left early due to condition.

Bed did not have a fitted sheet. Up all night trying to keep the sheet on the bed.

Our most amusing moment was when we looked around the room and none of the furniture matched; the chair didn't match the sofa, the curtains didn't match the bed and the carpet looked as if it's been there since the hotel was built.

Nothing to like about this hotel. The room smelled from the moment we walked in. Thought leaving the air on while we were out would help. Smell grew worse. Box spring is encased as if they had a bed bug infestation. Demanded our money back.

Bedbugsand roaches. I have pictures. They charged me on site and refused to accept my booking dot com reservation. Booking dot com will not refund me. Not happy with the hotel or booking

Stay anywhere else

Everything!! Place was a dump literal roach motel. And the management was the worst part about it. Tried to not let me stay because I booked online which was $75 cheaper than what they were going to charge me.

Management was horrible. Tried to refuse my reservation since I booked it online for a cheaper price instead of paying them at the front desk. Roaches in the room have to leave the lights on 24/7

The staff was fantastic. They made sure we always had clean towels and the garbage was empty.

People fighting outside and moving furniture all night long and then in shower walking us up.

We did not check in there. We were informed that they have no affiliation with any on-line booking service. They only do walk-up. This gave us a bad vibe, so we went somewhere else.

Convenience to the mill.

The door had a good size crack. Had children looking in, and giggling. Very noisy. I'm on night shift, and couldn't get much sleep. Price is way too high for the value you get.

The only good thing was the greeter who gave me my key. There was a microwave and refrigerator.

The bed spread and office chair was dilapidated. Wholes were in the bed spread. Carpet was stained. Bed was lumpy and I sunk into it. Very uncomfortable. Tons of outside noise and thin walls. Will never stay there again.

Breakfast? There was no breakfast.

The facilities could have easily been cleaned. A great power wash for the outside - walkways, stairs, bricks, windows, etc.

The pillow cases wasn't that clean and the sheets had a lot of old stains on them
