Only the location

The room was not clean. The bed was the only clean item in the room. I had to mop the floor, clean and disinfect the bathroom and clean the furniture. The hand bars in the bathroom was falling away from the wall. The curtains were falling down-pinned up.

The bedding, sheets, pillow cases and towels were stained and very dingy

It was very close to our other destinations.

The frig did not work in the room. The microwave table was broken and would not turn when trying to heat something. The tub was dirty, stained and shower did not work. Would not come on when shower knob pulled. The air conditioner unit was loud!

The price was pretty good. The breakfast was great !

was supposed to be a non smoking room, but the smell was completely awful when we first opened the door. We had to put air fresheners around the room.

The heater in my room did not work I froze to death all night I went in the next morning to the breakfast to get coffee and so forth the clerk that was on duty was asleep dint c me come in the the next clerk was rudrscreamrd and hollered at me cursed a sa

Location.

They first had me in a room that looked like a room used for taking work breaks. they moved me to the room next door and you could tell the difference. The mattress was softer in 239, the mattress was hard and hurt my back in 240.

Bed and linens were great.

Bathroom needs work rusted shower rod. Chaulking needs redone. Bathtub Floor really bad and ceiling looked like mold on it. In room needs new shade for lamp and carpet on wall needs reglued.

My toilet was too big for the toilet had to lift it up to close the door and the shower curtain was not clean

Friendly checkin lady, and the location

Bed was lumpy and hard, hair dryer was broken in our room, ice machine was broke and was told it has been broken for weeks, and was charged $20 more on your site than if I would of paid at checkin. called ask for refund and you told me NO! Dissatisfied!!!

The hotel was convenient to the casino and the staff was helpful with our issues.

When we arrived, we immediately checked the bed as we always do. The bed had hair all in it. Not just one or two that possibly made it through a wash cycle, it was covered like somebody shaved in the bed. Room was in serious need of some updating.

The room was horrible! I could not lock the door. The bathroom wasn't clean. The sheets had cigarette burns. The carpet was coming up. Overall disgusting.

The front desk clerk was very helpful and and very fast at her job

The toilet flushes incredibly loud. I have the lights in the room do not work. The ceiling in the bathroom look like it was starting to crumble. The bed was incredibly hard.The safety rail in the shower was half off the wall.

Friendly staff good location

No pool even though it was shown in pictures. First room- toilet overflowed when flushed. Got moved to another room, door to room fell off hinges and had to be lifted up to close it. No safety lock on door. Hair dryer sparked and had burn smell when used.

1st rooms given had potent cigar smell and torn walls. 2nd rooms given at my request. TV's did not work properly. Carpet was dirty and sticky. A tick was crawling on the bed! Hotel is old & outdated. Ice machines are broken. Hotel has no pool.

Room was ready when I got there and it was clean

Only thing I didn¿t like was it wasn¿t no fitness center when it said on the Internet that it was a fitness center there

Price and location, friendly staff.

Was an okay experience for the money invested. Since was a holiday Weekend I know the rate would be higher. However was a little high for the room.

Not really just a little noisy with kids running down the outside walk and Some outside distractions.
