Overall cleanliness of Common areas. Appears to be undergoing some updates and remodeling that is WELL OVERDUE !!

There was a water leak in one room. Then the room they give me had really old appliances in it and a flickering light.

Nothing!

The hotel was very dirty from the lobby entrance to the room. The floors were dirty and not vacuumed, the furniture was sticky and dirty, the bath towels were dingy and the toilet seat was so low my knees was in my chest and the breakfast was terrible.

They took a case of coke & 5 bottles of water I had cooling down in the mini fridge to enjoy that evening. When I asked them about it they replaced them with warm ones. They said they didn't realize I was there for 4 nights.

Excellent location with refurbished rooms. All the room amenities including microwave and frig were great. Staff very friendly and accommodating!! Will stay again for my next visit to MS!!

It was quiet and clean.

My door, although closed, was not very secure. I would have to push it hard or pull it hard to lock it. I was even able to push it open even though I thought it was locked.

The staff were extremely accommodating and the location was good.

The room needs work,especially the bathroom. It had missing baseboard, stained counters, broken hair dryer, toilet seat about to fall off, toilet paper holder hanging off the wall. Also, the allowance of partying until 4:30am.

Quiet, safe and cheaper than the others near it!

No pool, but the water park is just a few miles ahead.

Close to all attractions. Great price.

Room was kind of musty smelling. On a scale of 1 to 10 the breakfast was a 3.

The carpet was heavily stained and the bathroom sink faucets leaked and needed to be repaired. I didn't like the fact that the checkout time was 11 and I asked for 15 minutes to be packed and out of the room. The clerk refused that small time.

Room was comfortable, AC worked well , not too noisy. Hotel was quiet as well.

Needs a little maintenance. Toilet seat was very loose, sink drain plug was missing, back door of hotel was unlocked supposed to be key card entry for security.

It had roaches and the lights went out and the staff come to the door and rush us out that morning. And they don't clean the rooms that good

Staff was excellent in providing any accommodations.

The hotel wreaked with musty smoke smell. Too much sweets for a continental breakfast. Maintenance needs attention to details of essential in the room.

The hotel was located close to where we needed it to be.

The hotel is old and in desperate need of a remodel and deep clean.

The best about this is the price, but as the saying says "you get what you pay for!"

The price speaks for itself. The room door handle was broken and we had to get a staff to open the door with a tool. Thankfully we were in for the rest of the night. Night staff is very helpful. The owner is very rude. Not going here anymore.

Low water pressure. Only 2 sets of bath cloths.

Super quiet comfy beds we got a bedroom with 2 queen sized beds for my anniversary and my bed was soft and comfy my husband's was harder which he loved.

Need more tv channels

Night desk clerk was very nice

Owner was mean and rude. He is from another country and needs a class in hospitality and etiquette. The rooms had holes in the walls and tub. Not clean. Yellow stains all over the linens. I wiped out the tub and the wash cloth was black. Sad place.
