Stains on the bedding, Bathtub in horrible shape, actually afraid to enter tub for fear of MERSA infection. Decided to take a shower at Planet Fitness after workout instead of put my brain through stress of taking a shower at hotel room! TERRIBLE!

It smelled horrible from the air conditioner. I had to ring the bell for service for 15 min before someone can to the sketchy window. She kept asking what I wanted and I told her I had a reservation. She looked afraid and it was strange. Dirty room.

I feel deceived paying 120.00 for a dirty room. after loading my car I enter to the room to made a walk thru to making sure I didn’t leave any charger to see a man making the bed I slept in without changing the sheets. Grouse un sanitized

It was close to the casino we wanted to play at. Other than that nothing

Smoking rooms were so dirty people hanging out in the parking lot. They put us in three rooms before we found one that was descent. And it was a no smoking room which we both smoke. We had stand outside to smoke and it was storming really bad.

The hotel was conveniently located on the main strip and close to everything. Most attractions were only about a 5-minute drive away. For the price, it was a great option and worked well for a quick getaway.

I would recommend bringing Lysol and your own comforter set. The room itself was clean overall, but the comforter provided had several cigarette burns on it. Not my first choice but it wasn’t a bad hotel overall. Would stay again for a quick turnaround

Let's start off with drink cup rings on the side table. The toilet had a film on the seat and the tub also. Slippery and was not safe had to completely wash down my shower to feel as if it was clean. Under the headboard and bed was a layer of dust.!!!

The hotel is a great price for proximity to DT Ocean Springs, Biloxi, and beach. Offering freshly, updated rooms, mini breakfast- that pretty standard in most CHOICE HOTELS. Great value. We did not have a vehicle for our stay and were fine walking.

Guests love to empty their trash from vehicles into the parking lot. I noticed two unused cans by the shed, might want to move them in the lot closest to Bienville. Could use a good clean up in and around vending area.

They had to put me in 3 different rooms because the refrigerator was messed up in the first room. There was water all over the floor! The second room had BED BUGS crawling in plain sight on top of the blanket. The rooms were disgusting and very unclean.

Every thing, manager wouldn't take time out to see that my tv didn't work nor WiFi, his phone said it was working is what I was told ! People living in a car outside of my room! Roaches everywhere and don't believe the maids cleaned,ever!

Actually, I liked the housekeeping service most.

The economy is tough on everyone, and I no this, but there was one item in the room that looked like it was only there for show, and that was an iron that didn't work and the ironing board also had problems. I understand most quest don't use them.

Room smelled musty. Air conditioner leaked all over the floor. Bathroom needs remodeling badly.

Yes, railroad track behind hotel, old furniture, tub not draining, needed updates¿ front door you could see daylight .

VERY NICE SPACE AND NEWLY RENOVATED. HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED.

THE BREAKFAST COULD BE BETTER.

It will be a nice place once room construction is finished

I would have like to know it was under construction. And the location of the busy train tracks 100 feet from the hotel . I never stayed in a motel where the staff never stopped by to ask if the room needed to be cleaned or clean need clean towels

Bathroom doors don't close, resulting in guests forcing them causing toilet leaks which render the rooms smelling like mold and mildew. There is really no breakfast to speak of so bring your own. False advertising there.

Bed was large and comfortable.

Needed interior refurbishing, Get rid of old worn out carpets Too near the railroad. Could hear trains through the night. Was over priced for the overall quality. Was ok for a one night stop over.

Location and price. After reading some of the reviews I was concerned before I checked in, but the establishment is well-kept on the outside. The inside is older, but it was clean air conditioner was cold.

Little noisy with train tracks. Commode had small leak but nothing too big.
