The hotel staff was soooo friendly and accommodating

Bug in lights in room, running sink, had to recreate tub.

The staff was very accommodating, kind & interested in my well being. I appreciated her willingness to place my room by the elevator for easier access. Special thanks to her for her kindness & support.

The hotel seemed older & could be updated, example wallpaper was peeling off the walls, no hair dryer available.

Breakfast

Beds were not made. Dirty towels were not picked up. The bedding didn?t have a flat sheet to cover up with. The bath soap was empty in the shower. Couldn?t open the lotion in the bathroom.

Th swimming pool was open.

Coffee, poor breakfast, slow wifi, no refrigerator in the room.

The staff was very friendly

It was near a highway, and we could hear the traffic at night. The eggs in the morning weren?t good.

NOT THE QUALITY OF HOTEL THAT CARRIES THE HILTON NAME! I GUARANTEE HILTON FAMILY WOULD NOT STAY THERE! floors, baseboards, grout work in shower, NASTY. ICE MACHINE NOT WORKING AND KIND OF torn apart. ALLOWED ANIMALS AND THE HOTEL RECKED OF WET DOG

The staff was very nice.

The hotel was experiencing computer issues and was told not to lose my key since it was the only one they had. This was an overall hotel issue I understand.

Very clean and great value.

A few items in the room were showing some age, but still totally functional.

Cleanliness was below standard. Elevator made loud noises. I understand some issues due to employment strain because of covid but just did not look clean. Exterior cleanliness was not good. Trash in landscaping.

We did not know the pool was closed because we wernt told at booking. Hotel across hwy had there pool open. Also our room dudnt have a fridge or microwave.

The shower had black mold surrounding it and the shower door and handles were dirty. We picked this motel because normally a Hampton inn is nice and clean and it was supposed to have a pool. Pool was out of order and the whole Hotel needs a makeover.

We had to change rooms twice due to lack of cleanliness. Our third room still wasn¿t super clean, but we were exhausted.

There were several problems with this hotel. The first room had a non functioning toilet, the second room had brown water that was not usable or drinkable and there were ants in the room. The hotel was $--/night. I expect more for that price.

Easy to find,big bathroom

No charging spots at all, too large of a door slit -too much light got in.not much noise muffled at all,no bag for dirty laundry

room approx. 100 ft from major interstate hwy. VERY loud noise all night. room about 85 degrees when we arrived, took A/C about 1.5 hrs to cool down. bed, tv faced not in normal orientation. I didn't like it. shwr door grungy.

 the desk was warm, friendly, and very helpful. Both check in and check out. Overall employees were very friendly, polite, great. Got to check in early after a long 7 hr drive. Room very comfortable, clean, tidy. Pool was warm, and clean.

At the breakfast bar the juice machine was not working and there was no milk in the container.

Price on your site really wasn't a savings as promised. Other sites advertised same rate.

The staff was extremely friendly, breakfast was very tasty, room was clean, air conditioner worked great. Loved the pet friendly being the first time of bring our dog along. Pool was clean and heated.

There was no sign directing us to the side road toward the hotel. We went past the Wendy's and realized that we passed the road to the hotel and had to turn around. A small sign would be nice to say this road to Hampton Inn.
