Best Western Plus Magee Inn and Suites

It was convenient to our new home.

Way understaffed by design. The hotel clerk also was doing bfast, and could not keep up. Floors were not insulated...very noisy!

This hotel had a brightly lit parking lot, great breakfast, and comfortable beds.

Staff not professional or friendly. Housekeeping walked into our room unannounced after we checked in. Message button on pho e went off the whole night (was for the previous guest).

Bed was not made correctly TV picture was bad No TV guide , or premium channels Breakfast was non existing Was very disappointed I know Covid. But should have been less expensive

Our bathroom toilet was clogged when we got their. We let the front desk know and they said they'd be right up. Well, their idea of fixing it was to give us a plunger that's already been used elsewhere wrapped in plastic bags. Crap water went everywhere.

Excellent hotel! Very clean great price and friendly staff.

Perfume air freshener was a bit strong in lobby and in room.

Floors are thin so noise transfers well, you could hear every footstep from the room directly above us.

The room was not what I paid for so either I was put into the wrong room or the pictures on yourcwewebsite is wrong.

Location and cleanliness. The morning of checkout ( @0300 on 24 Sep), there was one older lady at the desk. She was very professional. gave her condolences for the loss of our aunt and wished us a safe trip back home. Give her our thanks.

Refrigerator in our room was extremely loud throughout the nights. Front desk said that there was nothing they could do about it. So we did not get a lot of sleep. The AC units condensation from the room above dripped down on window sill, annoying.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent for where I needed to be.

There was a room full of young (pre-teen) girls staying next door to our room. Their supervisor was staying in a different room. They were very noisy. We complained but nothing seemed to happen. They did not get quiet until about midnight.

Had 2 double bed rooms but would not put us in one. Kids had to sleep in the floor. Most breakfast items were out when we ate at 8:30 on a Friday morning.

Loud guests with booming music and strange noises (like they were dragging bodies across the floor!) right overy our heads late at night, yet when we called front desk they swore no one was above us...but by golly, SOMEONE was above us and they were rude

Clean, modern, easy access, friendly staff, hot breakfast!

It was located near my Mom's home. The lady at breakfast was very nice.

The housekeepers were extremely rude and pushy. They did not want to wait for us to leave to clean it, The front desk staff was not professional at all. They were eating at the desk and had a lot of friends/family in lobby during my stay.

Friendly courteous staff and updated room and the bed was ahmazzzing!
