  • The front desk staff and the women who clean the rooms are professional and friendly.
  • It was a convenient location. Staff was friendly and professional. It was clean and updated.

Cons -

  • there was an extremely long line for check-in. Only one clerk working. It would also be nice to have a free coffee station in the hotel. But instead they want to push the overpriced and not very tasty Starbucks coffee bar.
  • It is time for renovation as the rubber protectors on some of the stairwell steps are held together with tape. Carpet on the elevator floors should be replaced with modern-day, appropriate flooring. Finally, the hotel should offer free breakfast.
  • The shower shelves were not clean!
