I've been on a lot of trips. Many hotels. I recently joined the Hilton Honors and started coming to Hilton Hotels. This was my first visit. Dear lord.... The staff is amazing. The room is clean. Everything is nice and quiet. The bed is amazing. The amenities are perfect. Breakfast was great. I'm Hilton for life now.

The breakfast was delicious and I appreciate all of the different items I had to choose from. The location was great! I also appreciated the complimentary water.

Convenient and in safe nice location. Bed was comfortable, pillows were not.
Property was older and in the process of being renovated.

the location was amazing. the lake and bridge made for great photo opportunities. the walking path was beautiful. and the connected restaurant was delicious and so convenient.
the only issue we had was no shower curtain upon arrival but it was handled very quickly

Clean room and convenient location
A/C was very noisy, and the landline phone was beeping, indicating low battery. So the night was not a restful one.

The hotel was nice, clean, and a good price. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I reserved 9 rooms for a group of 25. The rooms were not cleaned and ready for us to occupy when we arrived at check-in time. Our group waited in the lobby causing us to have to change our schedule. Some rooms were not ready when we had to leave for our event at 6pm.

The indoor pool
The rooms are out dated and the first set of sheets itched like crazy. I didn’t see any bed bugs so that was a plus. I requested fresh sheets and it was better.
