Not clean, floors sticky and gross, no service from cleaners, no liner in trash can, ac notWorking properly, theyRan out of towels/washcloths. I was provided with 2 floor mats to use as towels. Elevator was disgustingly dirty. Over priced for the hotel. I expected better from a Hampton Inn
See above. Oh and the curtains do not close all the way so you had sheer curtains partially covering the window with 2 parking lot lights shining into your room all night.

Room was clean.
No hot water!! No towel rack to hang up wet towels. The shower sliding glass doors felt cheap and flimsy. Had to delicately slide it so it wouldn't fall apart. Everything felt cheap. Honestly, It felt like I was back in a 3rd world country. Not worth $130 per night!

The location was perfect for what we were here for. Room was clean.
I've stayed twice at this hotel so far and the pool has been closed both times. I would have liked to swim but it wasn't a necessity.

The location was good.
The room was in need of repair to the door and the walls. The IHOP next door should not be recommended.

The room was clean.
The hot water didn’t work. Also they don’t accept cash payment. Lastly, they do put an extra $50 charge on your credit card for just in case you go to the canteen. It would be nice to know all this before booking.

The location was good for where we needed to go. We were able to find some good shopping and eatery places. Some of the staff seem very pleasant.
When we arrived no luggage carts were available and that was understandable with the fullness of the hotel, however, during the entire stay only one elevator was working so the wait times were very long. The halls and elevator were not as clean as they normally would be at a Hampton Inn or even any Hilton Brand. The food was horrible so we ended up eating breakfast out each day. The room normally has a microwave and refrigerator but this only had the fridge. Our stay was 4 days and 3 nights and we were supplied with 2 washcloths and I had to ask for 2 more. Now because I was working a little while there, the room had no lighting by the desk as normal, just a lamp by the bedside which I could not move to the desk area. They did not even have the floor lamp by the Lounge chase like normal. Top it all off the bed was very uncomfortable due to the sheets continuously popping off the edges and the TV had a spot in the middle of it as if it were going to go out at any given moment.
