Best Western Plus Jackson Downtown-Coliseum

The location was perfect

The morning desk clerk was very rude and lied to me...saying that you don't offer late check out option..then after told her the clerk that checked me in said that they do for an extra fee..that I was absolutely ok with paying..but when she called and lied to me I decided not to stay over and check out early.. I will never book with them again...my first tie ever experiencing this with a best western which is normally alway my first choice

Very convenient location

The price could have been lower for the quality of room. Room had weird smell and the furniture was stained and damaged

It’s a good location close to stores and restaurants

Our room was clean but there were some issues that need to be addressed. The towel rack was just about to fall off the wall. The in room amenities were not adequate. You need to bring your own shampoo etc

Extremely rude staff, dirty laundry in the hallways, foul food at breakfast

The location is very convenient to downtown and easy to get to from the highway. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was really comfortable.

Close to downtown museums and the one or two bars Jackson has. Plenty of food outlets and a gas station close by. Good wifi. Free car parking.

One lady at the desk was great she worked the night shift. The other lady was rude, unprofessional, and a bit delusional.

Staff was exceptionally nice. Room was spacious and clean.

Brittany greeted us with such enthusiasm, she was awesome! Room was quiet, clean and easily accessible. We loved that the parking was gated and monitored. Easy off and on to the interstate from this location. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m Jackson!
