Rooms could stand to be cleaner. Breakfast could use some definite improvements.

breakfast is lacking. Eggs had a bad taste. Premade omelette's were salty!

Omigosh I love this hotel! I told the staff I wanted to live there... lol I loved the room, the breakfast area, everything. Didnt get a chance to use the pool, unfortunately.

Nothing I didn't like. To those complaining about the low water pressure, think about it. The hotel sits as high or higher than all the water towers. Water doesn't run uphill. Slow down. Take a leisurely shower. Pretend you're in a spring rainshower.

Pleasant staff. Very good breakfast. Quiet.

Television remote control was missing from room. The front desk staff found one and later brought it to my room.

Nice hotel overall and friendly staff

The only thing that I had that I would change if I ran this hotel is they let a truck driver park there truck outside with a refrigerated unit on it. It ran all night and it was difficult to sleep well. The driver left at 4:45 in the morning.

Very nice hotel. I have stayed here before and will stay here again in the future.

Shower pressure was terrible. I do not know if this was because I was on the 4th floor or what. Ratings would be higher if this was not an issue.

Yes, went to check in and the clerk said since I had a local address I wasn't allowed to stay there, said it was Hampton Inn policy? I travel for work and still use it as my home address.i finally got her to let me stay,But I will stay there again.

The facility was clean, modern and staff very friendly and helpful, overall great experience.

The location is only downside. Turning on highway 63 you can only take a right . There is no left hand turns.

We always receive excellent service here from the staff. One of their employees by the name of Stanley is exceptional in his customer service. We have stayed here on several occasions and I've never been disappointed.

Did not get the type of room that I had booked online because what I had reservations for was still not clean well after check in time. They did not offer to make it right or refund any portion of money. They just put us in a standard room.

Customer service by far!!! I work for a corporation and customer service is our top priority. I apologize I do not remember the front receptionist name but he was African. If I could duplicate his customer service with our employees omg! He needs a raise!

They did not enter the room during my stay. They did NOT clean the room, take out the garbage, replace towels, make the bed. NOTHING. I would expect this if I was staying for a week at a low budget long term stay hotel. Very disappointed.

Dirt in the bed. The sheet were not changed between customers in one of the beds. I did not say anything but questioned the cleaning of the hotel.
