Quality Inn West Plains

So clean. Great location. Smelled amazing.

the location

Bed was hard as a rock , pillows were small and uncomfortable , shower was small

clean, safe, convenient, staff available good amenities

Hotel was very clean and the rooms were clean and fixtures were in good shape

It was in town and area we wanted,

Missed having eggs at breakfast, yes they are expensive but we all have to pay for them, and being hypoglycemic I need protein and there was not enough protein in anything served.

Price

An orange pill on the floor by the bed and hair in bathtub, toothpaste on bathroom faucet. Highway noise.

The price was decent. The staff were friendly. Hot breakfast was good, but same thing everyday. Thought they would change it, but didn't all week. Biscuits and gravy were good.

The room smelled musty on our arrival. Staff gave us a can of air freshener. They provided milk for breakfast but it was expired. Had to rent an extra day and they wouldn't give me the rate I had originally paid., even though it was a weekday.

A Definite YES! CLEAN, nice, neat & tidy (our most important objective). Nice, hot breakfast selection. Pool available - looked very nice. Staff is amazing

The refrigerator froze more than $30 worth of salads and I was not offered reimbursement for this even tho I reported it

The front night staff made a mistake and refused ownership which was frustrating

The lady at the desk was very pleasant. The hotel lobby was clean, quiet, and impressive. Complimentary breakfast that was good and not just junk.

It would have been nice to have some protein options at breakfast. It was mostly carbs. Maybe some eggs. Parents were letting their kids jump into the pool. That¿s more a complaint against parents than the hotel.

I had the king nonsmoking. Large room and worth the price.

Cleanliness

The bed was old and not comfortable. There weren't many healthy options provided at breakfast. The hotel was also noisy at night. The AC unit was loud and disruptive.

This Quality Inn was one of the cleanest of the Quality Inn brand I have ever seen (I stayed in one in MOntgomery, AL that was awful the day after this one). Breakfast was good, selection was excellent, and staff was friendly.

It would have been nice to have a little more variety with breakfast but honestly since Covid, the selection was better than we have found so far.

The pee stained pants we found under the bed were not ideal. They also had no baby accommodations (crib, pack n play etc). When requesting a late check out, they gave us 15 min. But the other rooms were all empty.

Has a nice pool and spacious pool area.

The room smelled like smoke and the bathroom was really small.The hot tub was shut down. The breakfast was a disgusting burrito, a yogurt and an oatmeal pie in a bag to go.

Advertised hot breakfast, had a nasty sack breakfast. Hot tub didn¿t work.
