Convenient, accommodating, reasonably priced.

Musty smell, needs new carpeting, flooring, stuffy smells.

It was quick and easy to check in. Staff was awesome and patient and worked with us when one of our cards were acting up.

Very friendly staff. Very clean hotel. Very nice breakfast.

The mattresses in my room had a visible 6" divot in the center of the mattress. This made it very difficult to get comfortable, and I tossed and turned all night. Need new mattresses.

There should not be A no refund policy when you are calling days before because you made a honest mistake. II was there for a funeral and driving all the way from Texas. That hotel was just too far.

I was too far from where I needed to travel to. I called to let them know I booked it wrong hotel. I?m a senior and I was there for a funeral, but that was too far of a drive away from where I needed to be, and they would not return my money.

The television

The room had bed bugs and I ended up getting kicked out due to rude loud staff member and a cover up they also charged me for an EARLY check out after I left

Hotel was clean. The staff was excellent, from the front desk to the lady that was over the breakfast!

The bed wasn't really firm, but still got a good night's sleep.

Free breakfast and indoor pool

There is black mold in the bathroom and the whole room smelled like mold/mildew. The mattress was very uncomfortable and I found toe nail clippings all over the carpet between the two beds.

Bagels at breakfast would of been nice.

For the most part it was clean. Shower stall is beginning to show age and stains from age and shower curtain rods are dirty and rusty.

I was locked out of my room prior to 11a.m. and had to make several trips back and forth to front desk to fix my card. The woman morning desk clerk grunts, groans, and complains. The slamming of laundry/storage doors all hrs. Staff smoking pot at entrance

This was last minute when another booking fell through. We arrived pretty late with two sleepy kiddos and the woman the greeted us and checked us in was awesome. The room was perfectly clean and the beds were very comfortable. Also, great breakfast!

It was supposed to be pet friendly

After staying two nights we were kicked out on Saturday and accused of sneaking our dogs in. I had told the front desk we had them with. The manager was awful on the phone and told us to leave and charged us $350 for having pets in a non pet room

The staff was very friendly, they went above and beyond service that was required. The breakfast was hot, delicious and very enjoyable. We will stay here again when traveling in the area

Nothing dissapointed us

Room was clean, bed super comfortable.

Check in time could be earlier.

We stayed for 5 days. Check-in paper showed daily trash and towels. Room cleaned every 3 days. Never happens! You have to get everything from front desk according to housekeeping.

The staff was friendly and helpful when needed.

Our key cards to our room barely worked. We would have to swipe them several times and even then we basically had to manhandle our door open because it felt like it was stuck.

The towels and wash cloths seemed very worn. The wash cloths felt like sandpaper.

Staff went above and beyond to assist us. We came into town for an unexpected death/funeral. Staff assisted in early check in, rooms ready early. Staff was fantastic. They made a horrible situation a little easier.

Check in was easy and all of the staff were very friendly

No jacuzzi, just a pool

The room was very clean. Shower was perfect. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was delicious.

The bathroom sink did not have hot water running.
