Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Room location was quiet.All staff were friendly and welcoming.
Towels seemed a bit rough. Water temperature wasn’t that hot and the water pressure was low.

The room we had was our favorite of all the rooms we've had before. Staff are great. Room was very clean.
The bed was kinda hard compared to what I'm used to.

Wonderful stay, nice room, comfortable bed, friendly and cheerful staff! Close to many places to eat, a short walk to Hurts Doughnuts, Scramblers, a health food store, and many others.

Super clean, rooms smell lovely. Washing machine and dryer were free to use!! Internet included in room price. Pet friendly which was important for us as we have two small dogs. Close to many businesses and restaurants.

We almost always stay here when we are in Springfield. It is very clean beds are super comfortable and we like having the full size fridge and other kitchen amenities. We visit Springfield a few times during the year to visit family and this is our go to. The staff is helpful, friendly and very accommodating. I had actually booked a room with 2 beds and arrived to find they didn’t get that with my booking, and the room only had 1 bed. They didn’t have anything that evening, but told us they would have one the following day, which we were able to get right into the following morning. I will definitely be staying here again, but will not make my reservation through Booking.com as this is the second time the room I thought I had reserved was not what I got when I arrived. But both times the staff was very helpful and were able to make things right.
Not crazy about the table and storage layout since the remodeled. It makes the area near the beds seem small. This time we had a room with a connecting door and that was broken up. We prefer that and will request it in the future.
