it was a place to sleep
First room was missing a hair dryer. It had the bathtub that would barely drain and had water damage on the ceiling along with various other marks all over the walls. the phone did not work. The room they moved us to the shampoo and body wash were empty.

Night staff wasn't great.
Night staff would not try to help out with the room next door with rowdy kids. They ran the hallways and kept us up until finally they moved us instead of trying to get them to stop. Was inconvenience for us to pack up a our stuff in the middle if the nig

The staff was very friendly,the room was very clean with a microwave and refrigerator and the breakfast was great.
The staff was nice.
One of the elevators was broken and the hotel was packed so it took forever. Don't be fooled by the "hot breakfast". It's "hot" but it's 3 items and they were out of 2 of them with an 1.5 hours if time to go. No coffee.
The staff were friendly. Loved being able to have a hot breakfast. The lady serving the breakfast was wonderful and helpful with my two boys. The room was very clean and spacious. Our view was gorgeous of the field. The pool was an added bonus .
The pool was wonderful but could have been a bit warmer being that itâ≢s an indoor pool. Also the washing machine and dryer are still coin operated and could be updated to include debit card payment. Past that itâ≢s an excellent! hotel!!
