I stayed on the first floor and only one icemaker and it was on the second floor

Barefoot guests allowed to eat in breakfast area. They touched their feet and went directly to get food. Breakfast staff saw and allowed them. Nasty!!!

It was the cleanest hotel I have stayed in for awhile. The beds and pillows were heavenly!

The breakfast is very average and the location is a bit off of my path. I do not choose a hotel for the breakfast. I would definitely stay here again!

Had to change room three times because feces were left in toilet.

A hotel with this capacity should have more than one elevator. Bathroom should have an exhaust fan.

The person working the desk when we arrived late in the day was extremely polite and courteous. Extremely helpful when asked questions. It was obvious that she liked her job.

When we checked out in the morning, the person working the front desk was borderline rude. It was obvious that she did not like her job.

We arrived late and the room next door was having a very loud part that could be heard through the adjoining door. This lasted until 2-3:00 in the morning. The next morning I told the ladies at checkout, offered nothing. They said they had other complaint

Location is good. The staff was friendly. Amenities were satisfactory. The only negative was that I couldn't get the Keurig to work.

Next time I will book a handicap accessible room. It is time for me to do this.

Woke up in morning to find a ¿used¿ bandaid in my bed. It was not mine. Discussing!!!! It¿s really too bad that housekeeping cut corners and did not change the sheets. So basically I slept in a bed w/dirty sheets wit a nasty used bandaid. Because I used

The staff was VERY friendly. The room and most of its amenities were adequate.

Aside from the breakfast- which I understand because of Covid, the menu was scaled down- the bathrooms need air vents; after showers I would have to leave the bathroom door open so that the moisture wouldn't stay trapped inside.

The queen suite was big enough for five of us to comfortably sleep in. It's hard to find a hotel room that can provide bed space for all five of my family members.

Breakfast on the weekends was a "grab and Go" bag.

The check in person was very kind and helpful.

The room’s carpet was filthy, dirty and stained. I wouldn’t let my three year old walk in socks on the floor it was so dirty.

The room was super clean and comfortable. The bed was great and the pillows were so comfortable and smelt clean.
