The room was updated, clean and well appointed. The staff member who greeted me upon my late arrival was efficient, helpful and friendly. A very comfortable, pleasant stay.

Dog barking for several minutes in the hall on a Sunday. Should not allow pets unless it?s a service dog. We pay too much to be awakened by barking.

    Recently updated no odors

TV did not work, 530 desk clerk came to look at it, said manager would be back in a couple of minutes he came at 815 and we where ready to go to bed and did not feel like messing with it anymore No apology or anything at checkout

Location and price work for my travels. 3rd time staying here over the past several years.

More detail on pet fee updates.

After reading the reviews, I almost went elsewhere. BUT the Xperia e I had was great. Very clean room, good bed, no bad smells, etc. I left before breakfast, but McDonalds was next door. Easy access off of I-55, next to Comfort Inn and Days Inn.

    No bad issues at all!

2nd time staying here. Room was good nice location away from highway

One of the trash cans was not emptied prior to staying in room. Had a diaper in trash can. Luckily it didn¿t smell

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 11-23-2022

The service was very good. The hotel was in a convenient location with little noise from my room.

Shower door did not close correctly, but probably could not be corrected due to the angle of the wall. Need to replace some of the parts on the shower - towel rod, etc. Otherwise was very good.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 1-22-2022

The room was clean spacious and appeared to be remodeled. Has refrigerator. Microwave.

No blow dryer. Rated an 8 on cleanliness because I found a peanut on the floor. Maybe the vacuum didn't pick it up?

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 1-20-2022

Price. However I should have paid $10 more and stayed in a cleaner hotel.

The bathroom toilet was dirty. The hotel interior was run down and did not look clean. Parking lot was not in a good location. Our car alarm went off early in the morning.

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 1-3-2022

    Staff was friendly

The smell of weed permeated the entire hotel. No biggie except that I had a headache going in and that didn't help.

The room setup was fairly nice

lacked shampoo& soap and no coffee pot in the room and would have liked a little breakfast

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 2-24-2021

    location

I slipped on the ice, hurt my neck and lower back at the main entrance and the guy in the office acted like he did't care! I will Never Ever Stay there Again!

Ac unit or window was leaking water onto the carpet. There was no breakfast because of COVID 19 and they said they would still have coffee in the lobby. There was no coffee as promised. and the room doors extra lock was busted off completely.

    location

rude staff, choppy English that was difficult to understand, beds were very uncomfortable

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 2-13-2020

The staff went above expectations by providing a full breakfast for us even earlier than the stated hours. Very friendly and accommodating!

    1LauraPosted on: 6-19-2017

The bathroom had obviously not been cleaned, there was feces on the toilet seat and in the bowl, showerwasnt cleaned. Room was stuffy and hadn't been dusted in what looked like a long time from the looks of the drapes.night frontdeskman was rude.

    4Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 1-6-2017

    Proximity to the highway.

The hotel was very dated - could use an update and the room was adequate, but not very clean. Bathroom floor had dust, dirt all around the edges. Breakfast was a couple cereals and packaged pastries.
