Staff was kind, welcoming, and helpful (except the morning person.)

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was basic.

Service was great. Breakfast was awesome. Beds were comfortable. Room was spacious. Property was clean, front desk staff was professional and attentive. Parking was great. Area was accessible to WashU, SLU, and downtown StL. We will be back.

Room clean,beds firm but comfortable. Towels big & fluffy,location great!Suite big..but didn't understand Huge table in front of TV(no chairs)Would have liked room better if it was divided..didn't feel like a suite.

Very well maintained. As soon as you enter you know they take pride in the hotel. The staff was helpful and courteous.

Check in was quick and was able to get to our room before 3:00pm check in which was awesome so that we could get to the Zoo earlier without our luggage and personal belongings in the back of the car. Room was huge, over 500 square feet, with a nice large bathroom and all the conveniences. The bathroom had really nice handicap accessible bars which helped us since we were older in the bathtub and the toilet. Wish there were a couple more chairs in the room except for only the desk chair but there were two movable ottomans available which we used for our CPAP machines next to the bed. The breakfast selection was amazing and changed each day that we were there for variety which was a plus. Elevators were quick to respond and did not take long to get to your floor even when the Hotel was busy. Recently the Hotel I was told was renovated and the place looked amazing with really nice amenities.

The floor around the pool and the bathroom that is in the pool area is very slick. Kids were (of course) not following the rules and running around the pool wet and in one case one child fell three times due to the slick floor. There were kids jumping and diving into the pool splashing everyone. The water splashed onto the floor and kids were getting in and out of the pool causing the floor to get very wet around the pool and in the bathroom. My wife got out of the pool to use the restroom and the floor in the restroom was very wet and puddled. As she entered the bathroom without any handicap accessible hand rails or something to hand onto, her feet came out from under her and she fell on both of her knees and pain went up her leg and into her back and hip area. Coming from Springfield for a Doctors Visit, her drive back home was very uncomfortable and she was in a lot of pain. We filled out an insurance claim with the Sales Manager that was at the front desk when we checked out the next morning before our return to Springfield if she had more serious complications. I was told that I would receive an email of that Insurance claim later but did not receive it into my email. A day later when filling out this review she is still in pain and having issues walking.

The location was great! The views from our room were lovely. The room fit our whole family comfortably.

Great location

Everything was amazing, but the pool was a little chilly. Which isn’t even a bad thing.

Breakfast was amazing. So many choices. There were SO many people there but seating wasn’t a problem and the breakfast option were always fully stocked. The rooms were clean and spacious. Parking was convenient.

The pillows were a tad small, but there were an abundance of them so it wasn’t a huge problem.
