- Lighting and door to room were needing repair.
- One of the beds in the room had a broken frame and was dangerous to sit in as the entire mattress would flip back. Toilet lid also broken.
- The room smelled musty/mildewy.?felt dirty, blood stain on the floor, roaches in the bathroom. Bed not comfortable..It was hard to fall asleep
