Rooms was large and clean. Nice bathroom. Comfortable beds.

The location is in a questionable area with limited parking. You have to pay $55 for valet parking if you don't want to leave you car on the street. Street parking is questionable if you can find it close and overnight parking on the street is 45 plus.

Friendly/helpful staff. Staff was very informative least access to everything plates food towels etc

Wait time for valet but it was also helpful staff so we did not have to wait

The breakfast food was luke warm. Parking was either metered on street or $55 for valet that did not include overnight.

The breakfast was delicious, staff/security very friendly. Room was very nice. Room was clean. Beds very comfy.

No free parking. Had to pay $55 a night for valet. No microwave in the room. No freezer in mini fridge,no ice bucket. No cash payments. They do not accept any prepaid debit cards(cashapp,chime,etc). Only major banks.

Parking was awful, had to pay for valet (which was required btw) bc there is no parking nearby. This was not disclosed. We called the service desk multiple times to fix the tv/because we needed more towels - no one showed up either time. We also told them at the front desk what we needed/ what the issues were, still no one showed. The day of checkout a cleaning service man opened our door without knocking, and we were asleep. (2 hours left until check out). It scared us.

Perfect location and very clean

Good room, comfortable bed, a/c was great, not too far from the ballpark

Drinks and snacks were way overpriced. Parking and how to get to the hotel with all the construction was a little confusing.

Room and bed was clean . Dining area was cozy and the security guards was polite.

The male receptionist was rude. When my brother in law asked about the WiFi, he rolled eyes and said "ohh Jesus christ" . Our stay was for 4 days and we needed new towels on the 3rd day. We asked for cleaning service and after a whole day of sightseeing and we came back to the hotel, still no sight of new towels. Even though there should be daily cleaning according to hotel policy. The halls needs renovation. A lot of homeless outside the hotel.
