This is the second time I stayed here and I really like it. It’s comfy, private, and I dig the artsy vibe. Good location as well and private parking.
Nothing really, but can be mildly confusing getting around in the building.

Very good hotel, next to Powell concert hall, where we had a concert. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice art on the walls.
Soap seem to be finished in room, in downstairs resrooms, ask clener to check them. Restaurant Commonwealth had tasty food, dinner experience good, but breakfast portions wer small and still expensive, additional toast cost 5$ (one toast), cappucino 8$.

Our room was clean. Location was good for our needs, but not a spectacular location overall. Rooftop bar has great views and good vibe.
Housekeeping service is poor. We left our room at about 8:00 am and left the "Please Service Room" sign on our door. We returned after 4:00 pm and the room was not serviced. We found the cleaning person and just asked for clean towels but there were no hand towels. The next day our room was serviced but we did not get hand towels.The room is not set up properly. The chair at the desk does not slide under the desk making it very difficult to get around the bed causing me to bang my shin on the bed frame a couple of times. Light switches were not located in convenient spots - there were no switches near the bed. The thermostat control was not intuitive.

Awesome hotel with comfy rooms, a brilliant roof top bar and an a la carte breakfast. Super helpful staff.
No herb tea in the room (hardly a big issue!)

The hotel is very overpriced but there really aren’t a ton of hotels around. The location was very good for what I needed
The pillows smelled like mold, the restaurant has weird hours and there are no vending machines, waters in the room or local places within walking distance. Basic necessities are missing.

The location is amazing. Two blocks down a phenomenal dog park full of metal sculptures. Next-door, a jazz, music venue, and beautiful park. I love the room and the modern bathroom. The view of the St. Louis arch was amazing. As was the rooftop bar, where they let me bring my French bulldog out on the balcony with me.
They’re undergoing renovations, so there wasn’t really much of a lobby. There wasn’t anyone to call when you had a question, I had to go up to the 12th floor and talk to the girl who checks in new people.

This hotel was super amazing. This is my second stay here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I booked a suite and the one I originally saw was different from the one I was given. The staff were able to move me to the one I originally viewed with no hassle. I will definitely be back again soon.

Food was excellent, the art displayed was beautiful. Staff was cordial and polite, pleasant to take care of our needs.
Really nothing to dislike. We enjoyed the hotel amenities very much.
