The clerk refused to honor our booking. She was extremely rude. We had a service animal with us which she refused even though it said pet friendly. We ended up at another hotel

Bed was comfortable

Cockroaches; dirty tub and countertop; I got scolded for attempting to take juice from the breakfast area to my room so my husband could take his morning medicine; chair in room was filthy; towels were very small and threadbare

Nothing, the location was poor the room was nasty and dirty I even took pictures I didn't even sleep.

I didn't like anything about it, I stay at all the hotels and this one was dark gloomy dirty nasty. You need to send someone over to investigate that location

The TV did not work and was told it would be either fixed or replaced the next day as I had a 2 night stay however the TV was never replaced. It lacked a microwave and mini fridge yet they charged me full price.

There was a hole in ceiling in the shower the toilet wouldn't flush the room was dirty there was a hole in the tub. They tried to double charge me and then they told me to leave and refused to refund me my money for the rooms.

Peep hole check-in, NO bathroom door knob, Strong cigarette smell, Cigarette hole in sheet, walls dirty, rat poop in bathroom & bed was very hard

They haven?t refunded me my refund on my second night yet like they said they were going to the staff were very rude and the rooms were dirty. I?ll never stay there again and I want my money for my second night.

It was dirty, no hot water, no staff on site to contact, toilet clogged and no plunger or staff available, even the floor and walls were dirty and the mattress has wired stains on it.

The continental breakfast was not edible-biscuits hard, gravy cold, orange juice had bugs.

Old facility 1970s or 80s. Tiny old worn out towels. Several permanent residents indicates this facility houses homeless persons. Breakfast only a loaf of bread and some tiny packaged muffins, coffee

There was a bug that ran across the floor and the continental breakfast wasn?t very good.

The shower head is the only positive thing.

The furniture was old and needed replaced. I literally was not comfortable walking around in the room without shoes on. The building itself is in need of an update badly. There were accidents waiting to happen with broken concrete.

Bugs on the floor of the bathroom and in the tub. Toilet wouldn't flush & no water in the toilet tank. Part of the ceiling was in the tub. Strange man following us up the stairs and hovering like he was going to go in our room with us.

Right at 11am the hotel cleaner knocked on my door and said I had to go this was her last room to clean, they didn¿t even give me 15 minutes past check out time.

Yes a hole in the shower. Saw a cock roach, it was not cleaned properly. Sheets had stains on them. The office chair was old and broke down (leather peeling off) there were also no amenities.

It was the bottom level and they except pets.

It was a dump, and should be removed off of your hotel list. Dirty, run down, holes in the walls, My brother's room: the faucet kept falling off. The chairs for the desks were worn out and dirty, and the vinyl was pealed off. The towels were discolore
