For being busy, it was quiet. The room was large and comfortable. It was a warmer day and the A/C was on prior to my arrival.

The price of the room was a touch on the higher end.

The location was great. I was near everything and only a ~35-minute drive from the airport

The hotel was a bit dated.

this hotel was rated 8.8 stars, so paid more than we wanted to get a very nice room.. when we arrived the back hall smelled like sewer, my husband can's smell very well and he noticed it. The hotel itself needed lots of updating.

hotel had a sewer order in the hall.. furniture scraped up sofa in lobby had upholstery shredding off. room had lots of dust around edges of carpet also wondered if it had even been vacuumed. breakfast attendant not always present.

We were late getting in but they had no problem with that.

Needs a little upkeep. Bathroom fan made lots of noise and wallpaper around shower was curling up.

We will definitely be staying here again. It was so comfortable and homey with all of the outdoor decorations and the staff was phenomenal. Excellent bar tender!! Beds were awesome. Very clean room and hotel in general

I loved the beds!! Usually the standard beds are on the firm side. Laying down after 10 hours on the road and somewhat sink into the mattress was a huge bonus. The room was very nice sized and the hotel was conveniently located. I stay here again.

That they were so friendly and upgraded our room for no extra charge that has never happened for us before

Our room had not been vacuumed when we arrived. We spent most of the weekend in our room. The cable tv is horrible. No movie channels. Several local channels were not coming in. Wi-Fi is super slow. For the price, we expected more

The location is great. I liked the overall "western" feel of the hotel. The breakfast was very good for it being included in the room cost. Staff was very friendly.

At checkin it was NOT disclosed to us that the room would only be serviced unless requested, except every 3 days. Our rental was 3 nights, so it was not serviced at all! I had to complain to get fresh towels, coffee service and soap,but no bed service.

A last minute booking while on the road for work. Very unique hotel, not a cookie cutter look or layout. Lodge themed, wood throughout, large grand entrance. Clean, spacious rooms. Bar on site, very friendly/interactive staff. I¿ll return when in the are

The staff was very pleasant and we're glad morning glad to help you with anything that you needed. The motel overall was very clean they kept everything up to date and good job keep it up

Maintenance is not far away . Lights burnt out . Pool was down ( they said there was a chlorine problem) rugs could have been cleaned better. Bathroom was run down . Paper falling off the walls .taps poor toilet ran the whole time we were there.

The front desk ladies were so sweet. The cleaning ladies were so sweet. The rooms were beautiful very spacious our boys loved it!

We had the bottom suite and I didn¿t like that there were a lot of cigarettes buds just laying all over the outside.

Our superior suite was beautiful. Our boys really enjoyed the jacuzzi. They loved the pool and hot tub as well.

The hotel was a little overpriced.
