Hampton Inn by Hilton St. Charles St. Peters

Good size room and hot water with good pressure. Easy access off highway. Breakfast was nice with good selection. Would stay sgsin if in tge area.

Air conditioner was a little noisy but not unbearable.

My air conditioner had a chirp when it went on. It was quite annoying

The bathroom floor was dirty. It needed a deep clean. The toilet seat was coming unhinged and loose.

The rooms are comfortable. We both use CPAP at night and there were lots of places to plug things up. Breakfast was good.

The sink was stopped up. We got it to drain but very slowly. The toilet would flush, but not even toilet tissue would actually go down. We had to flush multiple times to get it to go down. Shower handle broken. Complained twice, but nothing was done.

Very small room. Electric in bathroom and by the nightstand didn¿t work. Fridge never got cold. Very small room. The front of the air unit came off.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and I enjoyed the whole experience! So glad I booked at the Hampton Inn in St. Louis! I would definitely go there again!

Room was switched while at counter,so got stuck right next to elevator. Room wasn't clean. Beds not made,trash not taken out. Front desk would not switch us, had to wait for them to clean. Room not clean,pool dirty,breakfast not great,stay somewhere else

It was very busy when we arrived because a lot of people were trying to check in at once but you would never have known that it was a stressful time because the girl behind the desk was so friendly and so kind and so welcoming in spite if the chaos!

Not one thing, it was a great experience start to finish!

Carpet was soaking wet. Smoke alarm was pulled off and not even in the room. Mold on ceiling in bathroom.

Staff was friendly, room clean.

I was disappointed with this hotel. Our room was clean I will at least say that much. However it did not get cleaned while we were out. We came back to no fresh towels and no one had touched our room. Breakfast was sub par compared to other hotels.

The location was great, not as close to downtown St. Charles as I hoped but not really an issue. Staff was great and a nice selection for breakfast.

Trash was overflowing at the front door when we arrived which gave a very negative appearance to the hotel, we were by the 4th floor elevator, so we heard people getting on and off and our room needed a little attention.

Melody abs other staff gracious apologized for hotel shortcomings and offered room change

I have learned the Hampton Inn brand is not guarantee of Hilton property I¿m a diamond member of Hilton Honors this is much less than I expect of the brand Location not near historic district as described Filthy floor sticky, dark did not smell good

Staff was friendly. Good location. Breakfast was good.

Bathroom was not very clean, toilet paper dispenser was coming undone.

to close to I 70 truck traffic very loud did not sleep well check out the next day to find better hotel

The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The free breakfast was very good as well.

In the bathroom when we flushed the toilet it made a squealing noise which was annoying. I did report it to the front desk when we checked out.

The staff was so kind and conversational.

The fridge in our room was broken, and there wasn¿t a microwave in the room.

The pool was cold, hot tub was perfect but that was definitely not a heated pool I¿ve been to other Hamptons and the pool was so pretty warm it was like getting in a warm bath and not freeze. So that¿s what we expect at every Hampton we stay at.

room was kind of small. the bathroom door slid over the light switch for the hall, so you had to close the bathroom door to turn it on or off, and the door of the cabinet swung opposite refrigerator door making it awkward to get in to refrigerator.
