- Yes. There was no coffee maker in the room and that?s a huge problem for me. I don?t want to have to get dressed and go down to the lobby to get coffee. Also, there is no dresser or sofa/chair; only one uncomfortable office-type chair.
- Just not having a microwave in the room I would have go tot the lobby to heat food
- Booked a king room, was given a double queen handicapped. Said they were at capacity so I was just stuck with it.

The bed was comfortable.

Location to great places to eat, free parking and near the conference I was attending.
Not enough carts (there is only 1 for the entire hotel) It took three trips to take items to the room...staff implied more The room is very small and the modern feel is cold and uninviting. There was no comfortable place to sit or work but in bed.
