Hampton Inn Rolla

Location was right off I-44 we were stopping for the night

We waited for 10 min for someone to come to the front desk to help us this was at 9:30 pm after a long drive . When she did arrive she told us she had to clean up vomit in the pool area ( so the recent going to the pool for a swim before bed ) !!!!

Breakfast and clean room!

They were supper rude with me about my dog, even knowing that is a pet friendly hotel, the staff are not dog friendly at all.

So clean from lobby to our room. Very welcoming atmosphere and very nice staff.

No, a great experience

The friendly staff. The breakfast was nice, if a little "packaged."

The room window had an interior sheer curtain & a fixed blackout shade. We couldn't move the blackout shade which covered 2/3 of the window. As luck would have it, a large parking lot light shone through the other 1/3 of the window all night in my face.

Location off interstate and proximity to a great restaurant for take out that was affordable, fast and delicious: American Taco.

Room a bit dated compared with two other Hampton Inns we stayed at on this trip.

All thought they were following many Co-vid 19 guideline. They were not shoving it down your throat. Like providing coffees in the common areas. That is a must for me and they provided that and a few other freedoms

I am VERY tired of the hotels not being properly staffed at the front desk. No one is paying discount rate and we should not be given cut rate service. Whenever you need something from the desk , like TO CHECK IN or ask a question. You ALWAYS wait!

Staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was better than most and there were always snacks and drinks available. Will definitely stay again!

Pulled off the highway after sitting for over 2 hrs due to a 23 car accident. Hotel employee was the only one working and handled the pressure of multiple phone calls and foot traffic from others needing a room. He was a rock star and deserves a raise!

The cleanliness of the hotel was by far my favorite quality.

I did not like that they put a $50 incidentals hold on my credit card that I was not aware of when I reserved the room.

Clean, location

We booked our stay for our 14 year old girls wrestling team. Coaches, parents, and team. When we arrived they booked coaches on the 3rd floor, parents on the 2nd floor, and wrestlers on the 1st floor. This was unacceptable and we asked to have the wrestlers switched to near the parents or the coaches room. The young girl working did not want to hear any of our concerns. She just kept saying,"I can't do anything" and was rude about it. The hotel was clean, breakfast was great but we will not be using your facility because of the very poor customer service. We later found out that several rooms were available on the other floors that night.

We had to stop overnight, as we were headed back to Illinois. Room was clean, bed was comfy, and temperature in room was perfect, given that snow was expected. Breakfast was great and they had a good variety of coffee. The staff went above and beyond, as my makeup bag was left in the room and they called and made arrangements to mail it to me. Exceptional service and hotel. Highly recommend this wonderful location.

First rat the receptionist. (All stuff unfriendly to me in my opinion)! There is customer ahead of me she would be friendly and asked what kind of room she wants ( what floor for example).. She didn’t greeting me the same way and asked no questions about my preferred room and just assigned to me and I got the worst room ever!!! You see where I am getting at? I am not white nor American and understood and heard about this part of country. But my money should as green as everyone else!!!!The room face the street (Ramada hotel parking). The sink and the shower not draining ( taking shower with the water up to my ankles)!!! The AC extremely LOUD and so we didn’t get enough or good sleep and for $215/night. It is SOOOOO not worth it at all!!!!

Comfortable bed, large room, clean bathroom, friendly staff, good breakfast, 24 hour coffee, tea, and cookies. Bonus dinner not expected, easy on/off highway location
